How Do I Schedule an Appointment?

Scheduling your first appointment is simple. Click the “Request an Appointment” button, choose the location most convenient for you, and contact that office by phone or online.

Our team will help you find an appointment time that works best for your schedule and answer any questions you may have before your visit.

What Should I Bring?

Please arrive approximately 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment to complete your new patient paperwork and health history forms.

To help save time, you may download and complete your forms before arriving.

We also recommend bringing:

  • A valid photo ID
  • Your dental insurance card, if applicable
  • A list of current medications
  • Any recent dental x-rays, if available

How Long Will My First Visit Take?

Most new patient appointments take approximately 45 minutes to one hour.

Your visit may include:

  • A comprehensive dental examination
  • Digital x-rays
  • A professional cleaning
  • A discussion about your dental health and treatment goals

How Much Will My Visit Cost?

We accept most major dental insurance plans, and many preventive visits are covered at little to no out-of-pocket cost depending on your benefits.

For patients without insurance or those needing additional treatment, flexible financing and payment options may be available.

Our team will review all recommended treatment and estimated costs with you before any procedures are performed.

Do You Accept Walk-In Emergency Appointments?

Yes. Dental emergencies can happen unexpectedly, and our offices do our best to accommodate same-day emergency visits whenever possible.

If you are experiencing tooth pain, swelling, a broken tooth, or another urgent dental problem, contact your nearest office right away or walk in during business hours.

Prompt treatment may help relieve discomfort and prevent the problem from becoming more serious.

Can I Receive Treatment the Same Day?

In many cases, yes. Minor procedures such as fillings and certain emergency treatments can often be completed during the same appointment.

Same-day treatment availability depends on your individual needs, the complexity of treatment, and scheduling availability at the office.
